Batsu: Bridging cultures through comedy and chaos
Batsu—a Japanese improv-based comedy show in NYC—needed to draw Americans into a completely foreign brand of comedy—a painfully funny show based on a peculiar Japanese strain of punishment humor. 214 designed an inviting visual identity that speaks across cultures, playing up the irreverence of the performance.
