Niido is a startup with life-changing ambitions: opening the first multi-family apartment communities designed specifically for homesharing. Flipping the script on the conventional lease, the brand provides tech and services that empower tenants to better host and travel. Rolling out residential properties across U.S. cities in partnership with Airbnb, Niido is changing the way people live.

Partnering with Airbnb set a high bar, and Niido came to 214 to create a brand that would exceed expectations. With some branding elements already in place, our task was not only to refine an identity befitting a home lifestyle brand, but to shape a strategy that would strike a chord with the brand’s core Millennial target.
